Damages or Wrong Items

To ensure a fair and transparent refund process, customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please share a clear unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. The video should clearly show:

The sealed package

Opening of the package

The product issue (damage / defect / wrong item)

Requests submitted after 24 hours or without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Once the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per availability and policy. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

This policy helps us protect our customers and prevent misuse while ensuring genuine concerns are resolved quickly.

We want you to love what you wear! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we can help:

Return Policy

• Photo of parcel when actually seen received. 

• Unboxing clear & visible video of the product is to be made & Uploaded, then only return or exchange procedure Can be initiated. If in any case the video is Not been made or uploaded in that case we are Shall not accept the return or exchange claim.

• You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• Keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Exchange Policy

• ₹150 will be charged for reverse shipping in case of exchange.

• Doorstep pickup is available only for exchanges, not for returns.

• Your exchanged product will be delivered within 15 days of return pickup.

• Reverse pickup is NOT available for T-Shirts / Shirts and Sale items.

• Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

• Once exchanged, no return will be accepted on that order.
